Overheard from Mae

After finding a set of toy keys, Dave asked Mae which car she was going to drive. "Blue car," she said. Where was she going to go? "Aunt Kara house."

The morning after cousin Tima's birthday party, we heard Mae talking in her crib:
"Cake. Cake. Piece cake. Big one. Mmmmm!"

While reading a book last night, Adi pointed out that the dinosaur had teeth. Then she said, "Adi teeth" and Mae said "Mae teeth, too." I asked Mae if she was a dinosaur and she said "No." When I asked her what she was (if not a dinosaur) she said, "Coleman!"
